Renovation of existing 8,000 sf commercial office space located in an occupied four story office building. The project involved the demolition of existing finishes and select Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. New construction consisted of enlarging and reconfiguring the existing conference room, adding new private offices, and creating a new open collaborative Work Café.
