Renovation of existing flex building to support daily operations of a large commercial flooring specialist company. The project involved the complete demolition of office space, including all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. Construction consisted of new electrical distribution, lighting, heating, and cooling equipment. New finishes involved drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, multiple flooring products, custom millwork, demountable glass partitions, painting, and wallcovering.
