Renovation of turn of the century Mill Building. The project consisted of new digitally controlled lighting, mechanical equipment including a dedicated outdoor air system, VRF heating and cooling, and major electrical distribution to support multiple cell work areas. The existing electrical infrastructure was removed, and a new EMT distribution system was installed to provide a highly flexible system capable of being revised and updated for future needs. Other elements included a community break room, new toilet facilities, and an epoxy flooring system.
